The European Facility Management Conference (EFMC)
Each year EuroFM and IFMA will organise a conference in Europe, called ‘The European Facility Management Conference 20xx’.There is a main, general part in the conference, split up in different subjects and streams. Also a research symposium is an integral part of the conference.
The issues and subjects of the conference are dealt with by a Programme Advisory Committee for the main part of the conference and a separate Scientific Committee for the Research symposium. The call for papers, the assessment of the papers and the final choise of the speakers and the programme is a task of the PAC (SC), including the issue of proceedings.
Separate activities for students are organised to attract students to the international conference, i.e. a poster gallery with award, a special social programme, cheap accomodation.
